Chef's Table Returns!

 

Saturday 7th March | From 4pm - 8.30pm

Our much-loved Chef’s Table returns for 2026, and we’re delighted to be bringing it back as a special winter edition, hosted beneath the historic beams of The Barns at Redcoats.

This time, we’re heading indoors for an immersive evening of fire-led cooking, seasonal flavours and generous feasting, gathered around a long table in the heart of the Barn. Our Farmhouse chefs will serve an 5-course feast, with each dish thoughtfully created using produce from trusted local farmers and growers. Think open-fire cooked meat and fish, bold flavours, and a beautifully indulgent finish with dessert. 

The evening will unfold with free-flowing selected wine throughout, while our bar team will be on hand shaking and stirring optional seasonal cocktails and mocktails to complement the menu. It’s the kind of night where conversations flow easily, strangers become friends, and the table feels like one shared celebration.
