Set beneath the atmospheric, historic beams of the Barns, this unique dining experience demonstrates our commitment to zero-waste cooking and sustainable practices. Our talented Shining Stars team will create and serve an inspired four-course seasonal menu that transforms every ingredient - from root to leaf, nose to tail - into culinary artistry.

The evening begins with arrival cocktails featuring sustainable spirits from 58&Co, setting the tone for a night where environmental consciousness meets exceptional flavour. Every dish tells a story of resourcefulness and creativity, showcasing how our chefs maximise each ingredient's potential while minimising waste.

Our head gardener, Matt will share fascinating insights into our innovative no-dig garden and the seasonal harvest that inspires our menus, bringing the farm-to-fork philosophy to life through engaging storytelling.
