As the fire pit glows and the evening unfolds, our award-winning chefs will serve a curated, multi-course feast - each dish crafted from ingredients grown just steps away and cooked over flame and embers. Expect bold, seasonal flavours, skilful technique, and wine poured freely throughout the evening.
With live music and views across our summer gardens, this is a celebration of field, flame and the finest ingredients, shared in good company.
