With the promise of the sun’s return we bring good news of lots of outdoor yoga and wellbeing activities here with us. The Farmhouse is a special place to gather for food, drink and also shared experiences. Perhaps you have wanted to try a gong bath for relaxation, learn more about herbalism or improve your yoga practice? We have plenty of events and retreats coming up for you to dip your toe in to try something new, or jump head first if you are a seasoned yoga pro. Everything is open to all levels. 4 Beat Yoga with live DJ 7pm - 8:30pm
A moving meditation outside by the ancient Grain Store at The Barns at Redcoats with live DJ. A shared experience of breath, rhythm, and community in celebration of the summer solstice. Open to adventurous beginners and seasoned flyers alike. Bex will lead you through the energetic 4BEAT arc - rising through sun salutations into standing flows, grounded floor work, closing with a calming cool down and guided breath work. Herbal Tea Tasting & talk with herbalist Lucy in the gardens 10:30am - 11:15am
Join Lucy in the gardens for a relaxing tea tasting, you can combine with the yoga class in advance or come just for the tea. Discover the medicinal benefits of the herbs in Lucy’s calming tea blend and learn how they work in the body. Gong Bath in the Barns with Jane 7pm - 8:30pm
Led by Gong Master Practitioner, Jane in The Barns. Unwind in a 60-minute gong bath where soothing vibrations and layered harmonics support deep rest, release, and nervous system balance. Simply lie back and allow the sound to guide you into a meditative, restorative state. Afterward, stay for a 30-minute collective gathering with a deeply grounding herbal tea crafted by our in-house herbalist and cake to enjoy, offering space to integrate and connect. Yoga Retreats
This is about taking time to to yourself, to step back, go inward and allow space to recharge. We encourage you to leave the outside world behind, step away from all stresses and drains on your time and energy, and instead put your focus on personal growth through your yoga practice. The retreat is designed and led by yoga guru Kathy Ran with over 30 years of teacher experience. It strikes the perfect balance of effort and surrender - nurture yourself with dynamic Vinyasa yoga in the mornings and restorative practices in the evenings including a gong bath and tea ceremony. You will be supported as you explore your personal practice and guided through some fun advancements tailored to you. We welcome all levels of ability.
