Launching Friday 28th November 2025, our 3-course festive menu offers expertly prepared dishes for just £60 per person, complete with crackers, tea, and freshly brewed coffee.
Dine in our light-filled Orangery overlooking the Farmhouse winter garden, or choose one of our beautiful historic private dining rooms and tuck into mains like traditional Norfolk turkey with all the trimmings, Braised Wolterton Park Farm Mutton or King Oyster & Root Vegetable Boulangère. Simply pre-order your dishes with our events team, sit back, and enjoy – we’ll take care of the rest!
Festive Feasting Menu
Our Festive Feasting Menu is now available to book - a seasonal celebration packed with winter flavours and a touch of Christmas cheer.
Think generous sharing dishes of Norfolk turkey with all the trimmings, crispy roast potatoes, Farmhouse Yorkshires and pigs in blankets… the kind of meal that brings everyone together around the table. Perfect for festive get-togethers, team celebrations or simply a good excuse to eat, drink and be merry.
Served for 8–16 guests in one of our beautiful private dining rooms - each brimming with character, warmth and rustic charm... it’s the perfect setting for a long afternoon or evening of good food, laughter and shared plates.
And because we believe every season deserves a feast, our Farmhouse Feasting Menu continues into the new year with delicious seasonal dishes to share. Designed for birthdays, anniversaries or simply being together, it’s all about hearty, farm-to-fork food made for sharing with your favourite people.

Festive Afternoon Tea
Our much-loved Festive Afternoon Tea is back! It’s the perfect excuse for a catch-up with friends, to treat someone you love, or to take a little time out after some Christmas shopping.
Enjoy a mix of sweet and savoury favourites, all freshly made in our kitchen. You can keep things classic with pots of tea, or make it that bit more special with a glass of Nyetimber Demi-Sec. It’s a lovely way to slow down and soak up a bit of the season!

Christmas Parties at The Barns at Redcoats
Just a few steps across the courtyard from The Farmhouse, our historic Barns are hosting a line-up of festive celebrations to suit every style and group size. From party nights with DJs to sharer lunches and evenings with live music, you’ll find festive menus, entertainment, and plenty of sparkle to get you in the Christmas spirit.
From November through January, gather your friends, colleagues, or family and celebrate in style. And if you don’t fancy the journey home, don’t forget we’ve got stylish bedrooms just steps away – perfect for falling into after a night on the dance floor.
Festive Singalong in the Barns with The Collaboration Choir
Get ready for our very first Christmas Carols in The Barns on Sunday 7th December… it’s set to be a magical evening filled with festive cheer, mulled wine, and all your favourite carols led by The Collaboration Choir.
There’ll be plenty of festive food too... think Hog Roast rolls, hot toddies, and all the comforting flavours that make this time of year so special.
There is no need to book, just join us as we fill the festoon lit barns with joyful
music and that unmistakable Christmas spirit. It’s the perfect way to kick off
December with friends and family, over a good singalong.

Make It An Experience With Private Dining
There’s no better place in Hertfordshire to host a private Christmas lunch or festive dinner than here at The Farmhouse. Step inside and treat your guests to an unforgettable dining experience in one of our three beautifully historic rooms, each brimming with character, warmth and seasonal charm.
For intimate gatherings of 8–10, The Old Kitchen, with its roaring open fireplace and charming dresser, creates the perfect backdrop for raising a glass. The Oak Room, seating 10–13, offers a magical setting under its antler chandelier, with an original inglenook fireplace, wood-panelled walls and a grand table made for long, laughter-filled dinners. For larger parties, The Victorian Room welcomes up to 16 guests, with heritage portraits on the walls and a fireplace mantel dressed for the season – a truly unique setting for a Christmas feast to remember.
From the moment you arrive to the very last bite of pudding, our team will make sure every detail is taken care of, so you can relax, celebrate and make it a night (or afternoon) to remember.
Festive Chef’s Table Tasting Menu
For something extra special, our brand-new Festive Chef’s Table offers a 5-course tasting menu experience hosted in either our Oak Room or Old Kitchen. Father Christmas and Brunch at The Barns
Bring the whole family to experience the magic of the season with a morning of festive fun at The Barns. Little ones can enjoy songs, storytime, and biscuit treats with Father Christmas himself, while you tuck into a delicious brunch of bagels and pancakes in our beautifully decorated barn.
Each ticket includes a donation to Action for Children, making it a festive treat that gives back.

You can add any value you like to be redeemed across any one (or a number of) of our independent sites. So you can treat them to a special meal, overnight stay, bottle of champagne or even a pint or two. We do specially designed Afternoon Tea gift card wallets here at The Farmhouse too.
